It’s hard to rank order what we loved most about working with her—she’s competent at her craft, uber motivated to get you top dollar, quick on her feet to problem solve the inevitable hiccups that arise, and a ton of FUN to work with. I never expected to have so many laughs during what is a naturally stressful process. More times than I can count she also doubled as a therapist, assuring us that it was all going to be okay in the end—and boy was she right! In 48 hours, we had multiple offers and ultimately sold for $50k over list price! From cradle to grave we were in good hands, and we knew it. We were equally impressed by her assistant, Barb, who coordinated for us the 10,000 smaller details you need to think about when prepping your house for market. We would have never made it to listing day in under 4 weeks without the dynamic duo of these two incredible women. We were really intrigued by Anne’s tiered pricing menu—it let us decide how much work we wanted to put into the selling process, and it created transparency from the start as far as what we could expect from Anne and Barb for the commission rate we selected. Whether you’re the DIY type or you just want to know who to make the check out to, Anne and Barb have a package to fit your preference and budget. Anne definitely has an eye for staging, and a nice inventory of tasteful pieces that will make any listing shine. She’s also got all the contractors you’ll need already lined up, and she and Barb stay very involved and on top of things throughout the entire process so you can focus on your already busy lifestyle. It was such a smooth process, which is worth its weight in gold. We would 1000% work with them again!"

She never once made us feel like we were a burden and she was meticulous about video recording tours of homes and pointing out the little things we would have been able to see had we been there in person (e.g., smells, little cosmetic things, bigger issues things, etc.). She was honest, respectful and super knowledgeable about the area and how to make our offers as attractive as realistically possible. It’s a crazy market and things fortunately worked out for us, with Anne as our advocate. Even if it hadn’t, I would still recommend Anne. After our purchase, we didn’t move in for 6 weeks and Anne took the care to check in on our home and even helped us navigate a few remodeling tasks from a distance - connecting us with contractors, sharing her design opinions openly, checking in on their work, etc. Thanks to Anne, what could have been an unbelievably stressful time became much less stressful thanks to her time, expertise, care and attention. At a time when everyone else was paying $75k above the list price and $50k in cash above the appraisal, she helped us get under contract on a property where we got both use our VA loan and keep our appraisal contingency. We were able to pay what our house was actually worth (not some crazy bidding war premium price) plus she negotiated a credit for some items that were of concern even though our home inspection was “for void only”. She referred us to a loan Guy, who got us a stellar rate. We purchased before arriving to the area and she even lined up lawn care and checked on our property after the sale. She also recommended a painter, who was incredible and lower than 2 other companies. She will be there for you from beginning to end and beyond. She was patient and understanding during the process.
